Join us for our April luncheon as we welcome communications expert Alex Greenwood, Director of University Communications and Media Relations with the University of Central Missouri. Networking and registration begins at 11:30am; lunch and program begin at Noon.
Alex Greenwood brings over 34 years of expertise in public relations, crisis communications, and marketing across sectors such as broadcasting, healthcare, and higher education. Before joining the University of Central Missouri this year, he spent 14 years as managing principal of AGPR, a Kansas City-based PR and crisis communications consultancy.
Certified in crisis communications management, Greenwood has extensive experience, including work on the 1995 Oklahoma City Bombing, and has advised clients through criminal cases, lawsuits, internet incidents, media controversies and natural disasters. At UCM, he serves as Director of University Communications and Media Relations, acting as the primary crisis communications officer, spokesperson and trainer.
